The City of Lubbock Health Department is encouraging kids to “Be A Star” and make sure they are up to date on their vaccines at the Health Department – 806 18th Street – this Saturday, April 22nd from 10a.m – 2 p.m.

Vaccines will be available for free to eligible children from age 2 months through 18 years. There will be crafts and activities for all children who show up, and each child will receive a prize for having a completed shot record or for making progress toward a completed shot record.

The following children are eligible to receive no cost vaccinations at this special event:

  • Children without insurance (age 2 months – 18 years)
  • Medicaid enrolled children (age 2 months – 18 years)

Please bring current immunization records with you to the clinic.
