It’s the season of giving, so grab a cookie and give $5 at Cookies with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 3 at Jones AT&T Stadium (2526 Mac Davis Ln.). Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) will be kicking off the holiday season with a photo opportunity with the man himself – Santa Claus.
From 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. take a picture overlooking Jones Stadium with Santa and Raider Red (schedule permitting). While you’re there, play games and make crafts. The fee to attend is $5, which includes the cost of the photo. All proceeds will go toward providing world-class Olympic-type sports programming and training for more than 2,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been naughty or nice, bring the whole family and support a great cause. There will be sweet treats to enjoy while waiting for your picture. Get tickets in advance here.
