A workshop for child care workers will be held by Covenant Children’s, the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension, Family Guidance & Outreach, and Texas Health & Human Services.
The workshop will be April 1, from 9:00am to 12:30pm in the Arnett Room, Covenant Children’s (4000 24th St., sixth floor). Registration will be from 8:30–9:00am.
The workshop will be free training that meets Texas Child Care training requirements. Some training topics will be Shaken Baby Syndrome and Head Trauma, Safe Sleep and SIDS, and Preventing and Responding to Emergencies Due to Allergic Reactions.
