Halloween weekend in Downtown Plainview will feature several downtown trick or treats, a movie day and other events.
The Downtown Trick or Treat will be on Friday, October 28th from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Organized by Sun Loan Company, downtown businesses will be open for trick-or-treaters to visit and receive candy.
