The Texas Department of Public Safety said a single-vehicle rollover Monday at 6:00 pm was caused by the rear-left tire losing its tread.
The driver was going east along Highway 114 near County Road 1100 – which is not far from Reese Center. The driver, Oscar Cerna, 22, was listed Tuesday in critical condition at Covenant Medical Center.
DPS said, “The driver lost control and left the roadway on the south bound side rolling several times.”
