The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) was called to a one vehicle crash on SH-152 that occurred Sunday in Hutchinson County, resulting in the death of one person.
At approximately 9:15 p.m., Jeremy McClellan, 38, of Borger was driving a 2005 Ford F-250 eastbound on SH-152 approximately 5 miles east of Borger. McClellan failed to negotiate a curve and lost control causing the vehicle to roll over. McClellan and passenger, Gregory Morrissey, 37, of Amarillo were both ejected from the vehicle.
McClellan was pronounced dead on scene by Hutchinson County Justice of the Peace, Shila Hart.
Morrissey was transported to the hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.
McClellan and Morrissey were not wearing seat belts.
The road conditions were dry and no other vehicles were involved.
