Troopers are investigating a crash at Interstate 27 just north of County Road 5300.
DPS said the crash happened around 7:00 p.m. as both vehicles were heading southbound.
According to DPS, Addison Love Fassauer, 18, a wolfforth resident, failed to “control her speed” in her Kia Optima. Her car struck a Chevrolet Astro van driven by Royce Lee Wellington, 50, of Lubbock.
“After impact the van left the roadway to the west side and rolled,” DPS said.
Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with “non-life threatening injuries.”
