Lubbock police are searching for the man who they said fled the scene after crashing into a central Lubbock apartment complex Sunday night.
LPD said around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, they initially attempted to pull the driver over. Instead, the driver sped off and ran into a wall at the Albany Ridge apartment complex near 47th Street and Albany Street.
The driver fled the scene of the crash. Lubbock police described him as a Hispanic male, wearing a blue T-shirt and a cap at the time.
No residents were injured.
