A former Ector County Sheriff’s Deputy appeared in court Wednesday, and a federal judge set his bond at $20,000. Conditions of bond were also set.
Oscar David Limon was arrested in mid-June. He was accused of taking photos of undercover agents and selling them to a local game room. Those undercover agents included federal officers according to a federal complaint.
The Judge also announced Wednesday that Limon must report to pretrial services, maintain approved active employment, stay within Ector and Midland Counties, and must refrain from alcohol and narcotics.
Officially the charge against him was interference with commerce by threats or violence. If convicted, the maximum statutory penalty would be 20 years in prison.
