There’s an app called Lively that uses sensors you place at your parents’ house and those sensors beam data right to your phone. Maybe put a sensor on the refrigerator to make sure they’re eating. -A sensor on their pill box to make sure they’re taking their medicine. Or on the front door to see when they leave the house.
 
    Doctors say it’s important that moms consider a few life-style changes, even before you get pregnant. Obviously you want to avoid things like smoking, excessive alcohol intake and drug use. But it might also be a good idea to meet with a dietitian who can review your eating habits.

    Researchers say exercise also plays a part in what they believe to be  the secret to happiness. The University of Melbourne conducted the most comprehensive survey of its kind. Researchers surveyed the same group of people since 2001 to develop the ultimate feel-good prescription. Do exercise every day. Drink alcohol. Meet your neighbors. Get a good job. Work really hard. If you’re a man get a partner and if you are a woman, don’t. Apparently it will make you happier. But no retiring. Apparently it won’t increase your joy. -And don’t have kids.
