The family of Felix Abel Jimenez, 14, asked for public help on Tuesday to find him. The family said he was originally listed as runaway but it was changed to “missing person.”
A police report said Felix was last seen on February 16 at 11:00 pm.
His step-mother, Haylie Arismendez, said, “I think that he’s with his girlfriend’s family or that someone is hiding him.”
Arismendez said, “He hasn’t reach out to any of us on either side of his family.”
Arismendez also said Felix had been attending Atkins Middle School and recently moved to O.L. Slaton Middle School. She said he attended one day at O.L. Slaton when he went missing.
Felix was described as 5’4” tall, and 120 pounds. He was also described as having black hair and brown eyes.
A Facebook post in reference to Felix said, “If you know of his whereabouts or if you see him please call LPD 806-775-2897.”
Arismendez said people could also call the detective on Felix’s case at 806-775-2767. Callers to Crime Line at 806-741-1000 can remain anonymous.
