Mark your calendars for September 9th because you won’t want to miss the Special Olympics Ragin’ Cajun Derby. This event will take place at Caprock Winery from 6:30 p.m., to 10 p.m.. Junior Vasquez is going to emcee the event and celebrity guest NFL Hall of Famer Randy White will be there as well.
