The Lubbock County grand jury indicted Kelly Ray Goley, 31, of Lubbock for an April 2014 allegation of sexual assault of a child. Officials said the victim was age 15 at the time.
Court records indicated that Goley has a second pending case which dates back to November of 2014. In the second case, Goley was accused of sexually assaulting a girl younger than 14.
Goley was not in jail Tuesday evening — having previously posted bonds in excess of $125,000.
