Three months after investigating an alleged improper relationship between an educator and a Graham student, a 37-year-old woman is now out on bond.
        
Graham Police Chief, Tony Widner says at around 8:45 Tuesday morning, Allison Amber Oliver was taken into custody.
       
Oliver was arrested for two outstanding second degree felony warrants, sexual assault of child, and improper relationship between educator and child
       
She was arraigned by Young County Justice of the Peace Robert D. Dial,  and her bond was set at a total of $50,000.
        
Oliver was also placed on bond conditions to be monitored by the bond supervision officer of the 90th District Court.
          
Chief Widner reported that a special prosecutor has been appointed in this case, and items of evidence in this case took some time to process through forensic laboratories.
       
He expects the special prosecutor will present the case to the next Young County Grand Jury.
