Healthcast, Does The Time Of Day Matter When It Comes To Getting Your Flu Vaccine?

British researchers have found that flu vaccines may be more effective in the morning. Their study of patients over age 65 found people inoculated before noon had more protective antibodies, even a month after getting their shots.

A new study has suggested that infants fed rice products have higher arsenic levels than other babies. Researchers in New Hampshire tracked the eating habits of hundreds of babies and discovered the highest arsenic concentrations in the urine of infants eating rice cereal.


Researchers in Canada said they’ve isolated a protein called OSMR that may help fight one of the deadliest cancers, Gliobastoma. The team found blocking the protein’s activity in cancer cells prevented brain tumors from forming in mice.
