The average screen time was 3-point 7 minutes per hour. Longer times were associated with poor sleep quality and less sleep overall, especially when phones were used near bedtime.
A new study finds adults who regularly drank sugary beverages have a 46-percent higher risk of developing pre-diabetes. Researchers said that means roughly one can of soda per day, but that diet soda does not have the same association.
