U.S. researchers said a gluten-free diet is a bad idea for people who don’t have celiac disease. They surveyed the diets of more than 100,000 health professionals over 26 years and found restricting gluten can result in a low intake of whole grains, which offer cardiovascular benefits.

Teenagers with behavior or attention issues have more conduct problems and higher ADHD symptoms on days they use more technology. A Duke University study also found on those high technology days, the teenagers experienced positive outcomes, including fewer symptoms of depression and anxiety.

A British study found children who worked in a room filled with the aroma of rosemary oil stayed more focused and completed tasks. Previous studies showed rosemary oil helps cognition in adults.
