Researchers said an effective weapon in the fight against the Zika virus might be another mosquito-born disease. Scientists from the United States and Thailand said that people infected with dengue fever develop antibodies that cross react with Zika. They are now conducting experiments to see if those antibodies could help create an effective Zika vaccine.
