A new study has suggested that a high percentage of migraine sufferers– children as well as adults, have mild deficiencies in vitamin D, riboflavin and coenzyme Q10. Doctors at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital said further studies are needed to determine whether vitamin supplements could help.

Doctors in Australia said women who weigh less at birth or later experience stress during pregnancy are at higher risk for disease. Tests found low birth weight and pregnancy stress as an adult can affect a mother’s cardiovascular, kidney and adrenal health. 

New research on teenagers who vape has indicated that adolescents using e-cigarettes are at least six times more likely to become actual smokers.
