A new study has found physical activity does not impact breast density. Exercise can help women lower the risk of breast cancer but Danish researchers found no link between breast density and physical activity. They said more study is needed to determine exactly how exercise helps protect against breast cancer.

New research in Great Britain has found special baby formulas that claim to protect against allergies are not effective. The study, which was published in the British Medical Journal, looked at 37 different trials and found no evidence that the formulas reduce the risk of developing conditions, such as milk allergies and eczema. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has previously approved manufacturer’s claims that some formulas can reduce the risk of eczema.

Being more aware of what you eat could make you healthier. Doctors said making more thoughtful food choices and recognizing when you’re hungry or full can lower the risk of type 2 diabetes and improve heart health.
