Regular coffee drinking may be good for your liver. That’s according to a panel of experts in Europe, who found coffee consumption reduced the risk of liver diseases like liver cancer and cirrhosis by up to 70 percent.
Only 1 in 10 adults in the U.S. eats the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables each day. Federal guidelines recommend two cups of fruit each day and up to three cups of vegetables.
If given a choice, most people said they’d rather walk or stand during their work-day. Researchers in Germany looked at workers who spent about 70-percent of their time at their desks. They found employees would prefer sitting down just half the time.
