A new study suggests there’s no proven intervention for preventing dementia late in life. For years, people with egg allergies have been told to avoid flu shots or take precautions because most influenza vaccines contain a tiny amount of egg protein, but according to the “Joint Task Force on Practice Parameters”, the overwhelming evidence showed that the flu vaccine poses no greater health risk to those with an egg allergy than those without.

They found students who took a mindfulness course that involves meditation, not only lowered their stress levels, but the levels remained low even during exam week.
