A new study in the journal Human Reproduction found women who eat fast food may have difficulty getting pregnant. Researchers looked at first time mothers in Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., and Ireland. They found those who ate less fruit and more fast food took half a month longer to conceive.
Patients with chronic kidney disease may benefit from a good night’s rest. That’s according to doctors in South Korea, who found people with the condition and slept seven hours per night, had a higher health-related quality of life than those who slept five or nine hours.
