Scott Howard is not just a doctor, he is also a salsa expert. Howard has always loved to cook and could never find a salsa that he liked, so he created his own. He makes his salsa with fresh ingredients that are blended perfectly for an excellent salsa. He has two salsa’s available, “The Texan,” which is more mild, and “Hot,” which turns the spice up to hot but enjoyable level.
