FRISCO – The Dallas Cowboys have moved on from Anthony Brown, who went down with a torn Achilles late last year, ending his season.
“I’m sick for him,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said at the time.
But now maybe there is a reason to be happy for Brown – the 2016 sixth-round pick who we have often labeled as “ballsy” for his willingness to fight through injuries – as he is reportedly “on the radar” of the Baltimore Ravens.
The Ravens could be down a cornerback to start the year due to Marlon Humphrey’s injury. And they are also looking at free agent Ronald Darby there, as Josina Anderson is also noting.

I’m told free agent CB Anthony Brown is a name that’s on the teams radar, per source. We’ll see what that translates to, if anything at all. I’ll update as I get more info. I’m running rn.
But Brown – who was preparing to enter this offseason as a free agent and certainly receive a payday – has been working vigorously in rehab, even sometimes doing some of his rehab here in Frisco at team headquarters at The Star.
Dallas has made its decision on the 29-year-old Brown, having moved on to pay Trevon Diggs, with a trade for Stephon Gilmore and with snaps for DaRon Bland. But once “AB” establishes that he’s again healthy? The Ravens or whichever team does sign him will be receiving a “ballsy” secondary piece.
