TODAY: Rain overnight and more storms this morning that will impact our northwestern counties. However, by late morning these storms will fizzle out and we’ll be left with cloudy skies. A few peaks of sunshine this afternoon, however mostly clouds sticking with us throughout today with high temperatures in the mid to upper 80s. More storms are expected later this evening throughout the overnight hours. Just like yesterday, you can expect the heaviest rainfall across the northwestern South Plains.
TONIGHT: Storms will continue to track northeast during the late nighttime hours through the early morning, primarily impacted areas on the Caprock. The rest of us will remain cloudy overnight with lows in the upper 60s.
TOMORROW: The majority of the storms will dissipate by the time everyone is waking up tomorrow morning leaving us with just cloudy skies to start the day. The slight chance for a few storms remains in the forecast tomorrow evening, but most of us will remain dry with a little more in the way of sunshine.
