TODAY: Light snowfall is expected throughout the South Plains this morning and into the early afternoon hours. Our northern counties remain under a Winter Weather Advisory until 3PM and these areas can expect anywhere from 1 to 3 inches. The Central South Plains will see anywhere from half an inch to an inch of snowfall today. We advise against travel north towards the Panhandle along Interstate-27 and urge everyone to use extreme caution while driving on the roads throughout today. High temperatures will also only climb into the low 20s this afternoon. The snow will taper off by the second half of the day and even some gradual clearing.

TONIGHT: More clearing overnight, but it will be extremely cold with temperatures dropping into the single digits!

TOMORROW: Much more sunshine tomorrow with high temperatures breaking the freezing and reaching the mid/upper 30s.

Stay warm and safe today!
