TODAY: Yet another day of rain and thunderstorms, especially later this afternoon and into the overnight hours. The cold front that swung through this morning will usher in cooler air into the South Plains with highs today only climbing into the mid 70s. Lack of sunshine and daytime heating will limit our severe weather threat today, but some storms could still be capable of producing small hail. Heavy rainfall associated with these storms will be our main concern and this could lead to some localized flooding.
TONIGHT: The chance for storms/showers will continue into tonight with lows dropping into the mid 50s.
TOMORROW: Our rain chances will be slightly lower tomorrow, but most of us still have a good shot at seeing a few showers and storms. High temperatures will yet again be on the cool side only topping out in the low 70s.
