TODAY: Major flooding for the South Plains yesterday and more rain is expected today. Showers/storms will be much more scattered, but heavy rainfall can still be expected with a few of these storms. Most of the activity will remain to the east. Temperatures will be on the cool side only topping out in the low 70s this afternoon
TODAY: A few showers/storms will linger in the area tonight, but after midnight we will slowly begin to dry out as this system moves off to the east. Overnight lows will drop into the mid-upper 50s.
TOMORROW: We will start the day with a few clouds and some isolated showers off the Caprock are possible, but by the afternoon we will finally see some sunshine. Highs will still be below average with temperatures near 80 by the afternoon.
