TODAY: Isolated storm chances remain in the forecast as we head into the evening, however our chances aren’t as high as the past few days. High temperatures will also be a couple degrees warmer today in the mid to upper 90s.
TONIGHT: As a shortwave trough swings through the area tonight, storms will develop late then move southeast towards the South Plains. Our northeastern counties have the greatest chance of getting clipped by this larger storm system. The rest of us will remain dry with partly cloudy skies and low temperatures near 70.
TOMORROW: Highs yet again in the mid to upper 90s as we finish out the work week with mostly sunny skies. A stationary boundary to our north could spark a few isolated storms during the evening hours as well. This will be our last shot at rain for awhile, because the weekend and next week are looking dry!
Have a great day!
