Sun Dried Tomato Cannellini Bean Toss
Ingredients
* 2 cans (15 oz. each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
* 1/3 cup sun dried tomato pesto (found on Olive Bar)
* 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
* 2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well.
2. Serve as is, on a salad, in a wrap or as side dish!
