A local veteran was standing at post off of Slide Rd. and Loop 289 all day on Memorial Day to honor fallen soldiers.
Dean Wyman said he wanted to remember all the fallen soldiers on Memorial Day.
“If you’re not forgotten, you’re not gone,” Wyman said.
He stood with a flag in hand. He also displayed boots, a helmet and armor to remember the missing soldiers.
