Lubbock Fire Rescue was called to the Boulders at Lakeridge apartment complex for a report of a fire at the complex Thursday night.

Around 11:45 p.m. fire units were called to a report of a fire at the complex. Multiple fire units could be seen at the complex Thursday night.

According to Lubbock Fire Rescue, there was a small fire outside the door of one of the units. That fire was found by the people living in the apartment, who then sheltered in place, according to LFR.

After the fire was put out, Lubbock Fire helped the two people out of the apartment.

The Lubbock Fire Marshal’s Office was called to investigate the cause of the fire. The fire has been ruled incendiary.
