Some children who are exclusively breast-fed in the first three months of life are much less likely to have the skin condition Eczema later in childhood, according to a new study from Children’s National Health System. They looked at the diets of pregnant women and then the diet and health of their children at six-years-old. 

New research is promising for early stage testicular cancer patients. A study in Annals of Oncology found men can receive one course of chemotherapy without the treatment affecting their long term sperm count. 

Monitoring your fat and calories through the day has shown to be effective for weight loss, but many people view it as too time consuming. Now, a new study in the journal Obesity found people who successfully tracked their diets spent an average of less than 15 minutes a day doing so. Researchers hope their findings motivated more people to try diet monitoring to lose weight.
