More than 17 million cosmetic procedures were performed in the US in 2018. The latest data from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons shows that was nearly a quarter-million more than the previous year. The top surgical procedure was breast augmentation, while Botox injections was the top minimally invasive procedure.

Researchers in Texas found the cancer in younger patients has different genetic and clinical features compared to patients with traditional colorectal cancers diagnosed later in life.
New research suggested many parents may not believe exposure to vaping can harm children’s health. A new study in Pediatrics looked at parents who used both traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes and found they were much more likely to have smoke-free policies than no vaping policies at home.
