Parents with a childhood history of emotional trauma, such as experiencing the death of a parent or physical or sexual abuse, are more likely to have kids with behavioral problems. An analysis of four generations of U.S. families also finds a mother’s negative experiences had more of an affect than a father’s experiences.

Flavor is a key reason why many smokers ditch cigarettes for vaping devices. A study of more than 20,000 vape users shows non-tobacco flavors, such as fruits and beverages, help lead smokers away from traditional tobacco products.  A Danish vaping company funded the study. 

Doctors in small, independent practices are significantly less likely to feel burnout than their colleagues working in large practices.  More than half of U.S. doctors report symptoms of burnout at some point.
