Tuesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton stopped in Lubbock for a scheduled visit.
EverythingLubbock.com was able to sit down with Paxton to ask him about his response to the shooting of Texas Tech Officer Floyd East.
“Obviously a horrible tragedy, it’s sad, we’re all praying for the family,” Paxton said.
“It’s a loss for all of us and even though I didn’t know the officer personally, it’s just a sad day,” he said.
