BBQ Chicken, Apple and Smoked Gouda Pita Pockets
Ingredients:
· 2 boneless, skinless grilled chicken breast, chopped
· ½ cup barbeque sauce
· 2 whole pitas, cut in half
· 1/3 pound smoked Gouda, thinly sliced
· 1 Pazazz apple, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together barbeque sauce and chicken.
2. In one pita half, place slice of cheese, slices of apples, and then a few spoonfuls of barbeque chicken. Repeat with each pita half.
3. Optional: Place stuffed pitas on a cookie sheet; cook in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
