Ashli Kelley is warning others after she said someone stole her car right out of her driveway near 91st Place and Milwaukee Avenue. She said the thief came by their house twice and they caught everything on camera.

“We’ll have to get new car seats and I have baby stuff in my truck. I mean I had a bunch of stuff that mattered to me and my family and my boys and being able to provide for them and you just took it,” said Kelley.

Her husband woke up for work early Wednesday morning to a car-less driveway. Kelley has two kids and she said this hurts them financially.

“You see that it happens all the time, but you don’t ever think it’s going to happen to you. So to have it happen to you. I was just dumbfounded. Speechless. I didn’t know what to say or how to handle it,” Kelley said.

LPD’s report shows the spare key was left inside their car, but Kelley said this shouldn’t have happened either way.

“It’s just sad people have to go that low after you work for your own things,” she said.

Believe it or not, this is the third time they’ve had a problem like this.

“The first incident they broke in my husband’s truck. Second incident, they broke into our house. Third, they completely stole our car,” said Kelley.

If you think you’ve seen the stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee, call police immediately or contact Ashli on her Facebook here.
