Families and NICU babies at Covenants Children’s Hospital had a visit from Santa Claus paid for by a local family.
“It brings them a moment of joy and lets them forget all the heavy stuff their dealing with,” Danielle Reznicek the donor of Santa said.
Reznicek said all three of her children were patients at the NICU hospital and she knows how hard it can be to do over the holidays.
“I just wanted to give them something of normalcy. That first picture with Santa you plan on having right when you have a baby. Those are the milestones I wanted them to have that,” Reznicek said.
