Landscapers around Lubbock said they are happy after some much needed rain.
“Every little rain spurt we get is important for us. It allows everything to nourish, grow and take off,” Tommy Dora, owner of Dreamscapes Turf and Landscape, said.
The South Plains received about an inch of rain after months of a dry spell.
“The dry spell definitely hurts us,” Dora said. “From here on out, any rain is a blessing for us.”
