Hutchinson Middle School teacher Nathan Dahlstrom wanted an outdoor learning space for students and mentioned it to his teaching colleague, whose three sons were working toward their Eagle Rank in Scouting.
The boys collaborated over a five-year period. Each of them contributed to the learning space as part of their project, making the outdoor classroom a reality.
