Business owner, Kendall Howard is bringing another great new concept restaurant on 82nd Street called Brisas Seafood & Lounge.
He is bringing in three different concepts within themselves. A high-end seafood restaurant with fresh oysters, live lobsters, etc., a modern-styled martini bar complete with a grand piano, and an ultra lounge with low lighting, high back booths, and a stage and dance floor. The outdoor patio will feature it’s own bar, fire pits with seating. and a stage for acoustic sets. Howard says, “it will be something like what you typically find in Dallas or Houston or even on the coast.”
Right now the restaurant has been staffed and they are in training and orientation employing about 100 people. Stating, “they are using some of the same people who helped them set up Las Brisas Steak House.”
You can find the restaurant on 4210 82nd street here in Lubbock located in the spot where Fox & Hound used to be. They will be open on July 2nd, right in time for Independence Day. You can also find them on Facebook under Brisas Seafood & Lounge.
