Lubbock is growing at a rapid pace. A local bakery is opening before the end of June called Queen of Tarts Bakery and Cheese Shop.
Chef Sara North decided to open the shop and focus on French foods like fresh breads, croissants, tarts, brioche, and great treats. But also every kind of cheese you can think of. She says they will also have wine so perfect for a day with your friends.
You will be able to find Queen of Tarts Bakery & Cheese Shop at 8004 Indiana B18. They will be located next to King Street Pub which Chef North also runs. Between both restaurants Chef North says it will create about 40 new jobs in Lubbock.
