The LBK Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty has announced that it is working with Heroes Home Advantage, a nationwide program that offers rebates on real estate transactions to those who serve, protect and care for the community: military, law enforcement, firefighters, health care, emergency personnel and teachers.
The LBK Real Estate Team, along with Goosehead Insurance, Southwest Bank Mortgage and WIN Home Inspection are among the first local companies taking part in the program.

Through the Heroes Home Advantage program, eligible buyers, sellers and re-financers receive rebates from their realtor, credit toward working with affiliated lending institutions, attorneys and other service providers, access to lower rates on homeowner’s insurance and discounts on home inspections and other services. To participate, eligible customers can contact Heroes Home Advantage, whose team will put them in touch with local Realtors and other services.
