LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Christian University on Thursday morning formally announced Scott McDowell as the seventh president in school history.
“The Board of Trustees’ decision comes after a prayerful and diligent process that began last summer, which involved a national search that led to excellent nominations and candidates,” LCU said before the announcement.
McDowell takes over for Timothy Perrin who left to become the Senior Vice President of Pepperdine University.
