Lubbock Christian University is celebrating their 60th Anniversary with school expansion,
LCU officials gave KLBK and EverythingLubbock.com a detailed look at their “20/20 Vision Campaign” that will be funded by these projects.
LCU is a private university in west Lubbock that has a little over 2,000 students currently enrolled.
McNeill said as their numbers go up, they need to increase their resources.
“All of those programs need to be taken care of so one of the initiatives of this 20/20 Campaign that we’re underway with helps to fund the strategic things that are important,” McNeill said.
McNeill said they broke ground on a new science center. The Campaign also includes a new nursing building, as well as, dorm hall renovations.
“We’ve grown into a university that really has a great footprint and is really blessed with a lot of students,” McNeill said.
