Cooking with essential oils has many significant health benefits. Essential oils can support the body to do what it is naturally supposed to do. They add great flavor and therapeutic benefits for your health. Essential oils go great with any recipe. You can learn more about cooking with essential oils at a cooking class offered by Malissa Trotter. The class is every Thursday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., at 8008 Abbeville Ave.. These classes are indented to teach people easy and delicious recipes. 

RECIPES: 

Brownies in a Glass Dish:

Use a brownie recipe of your choice and then add 3-4 drops of the oil of your choice.

Ice Cream in a Cooler:

1/4 ripe avocado

1 cup of frozen strawberries

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar

1 drop doTERRA wild orange essential oil

1 drop doTERRA lime essential oil. 

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
