Lemonade day is tomorrow and we can’t wait to see all the kids and their stands. Did you know that there is a scholarship that is given to a Lemonade Day participant?
Here to tell us about the scholarship is Robert Taylor, CEO of United Supermarkets. He told us there will be six $500 scholarships and one $1000 scholarship given out to kids who are participating in Lemonade day.
Also with us was Katie Scholl who was named the 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year and is here to tell us all that she has learned this past year. Scholl said she got the award because of her Awesome Sauce from last year and this year she will add her Sassy Sauce.
Last year she even freshly squeezed lemons for the lemonade when ordered. What dedication towards her lemonade stand!
Scholl will have her stand at the Quick Quack Car Wash on 50th and Flint rain or shine so be sure to stop by and get some lemonade from her.
