Emergency crews were dispatched to a traffic accident in Northwest Lubbock between an vehicle and an electric mobility scooter late Saturday afternoon.
The accident was reported just before 6:00 p.m. at 6th Street and Frankford Avenue.
We’re told the individual on the mobility scooter was struck by the vehicle while crossing Frankford Avenue.
The victim was transported by ambulance from the scene with serious/critical injures.
We’re working to obtain more information on this accident from Lubbock Police.
